Alexandra trained in Traditional Thai (Yoga) Massage at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She obtained further training and qualifications at the Metta School of Traditional Thai Massage in London.
Her work ranges from addressing office-based postural problems to preparing athletes for marathon races. From helping physical rehabilitation and mobility after injury to general pampering and stress-busting. She continues to further her practice and studies and regularly attends and hosts a range of advance courses both in Thailand and in UK. She is also a qualified Reflexologist specialising in the treatment of thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalance, digestive disorders, infertility, and pre/post natal conditions.
Alexandra qualified at the London School of Reflexology and has since attended a number of specialised advanced courses. She practices Yoga and finds that it gives her further insight into other ways in which the body can harmonise itself towards good health.
