Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

New courses starts in February 2009.

  • Mondays 11.30am - 1.30pm    16th February - 13th April
  • Wednesday evenings 7.00 – 9.00pm    18th February - 15th April

Cost £280 includes an orientation session, 8 course sessions,
course materials and 5 CD’s, one full day, and between-session email/phone support if required. (some concessions available)

Mindfulness may be described as the capacity to bring non-judgemental awareness to the moment-to-moment experience of our lives; a way to bring inner kindness to ourselves. This course can support you to deal more effectively with:

  • Stress and tension related to work, family, relationships, financial
  • Anxiety, irritability and worries
  • Low self esteem, lack of confidence
  • Mood swings
  • Fatigue and illness
  • Sleeping difficulties
