Mindfulness may be described as the capacity to bring non-judgemental awareness to the moment-to-moment experience of our lives; a way to bring inner kindness to ourselves. This course can support you to deal more effectively with:
- Stress and tension related to work, family, relationships, financial
- Anxiety, irritability and worries
- Low self esteem, lack of confidence
- Mood swings
- Fatigue and illness
- Sleeping difficulties
Cost includes an orientation session, 8 course sessions, course materials and 5 CD’s, one full day, and between-session email/phone support if required. (some concessions available).
