Qi Gong, once called Dao Yin (Practice of Long Life), is a highly refined art that has been practised for centuries by Taoist monks and healers all over China.  Qi Gong is an integral practice that allows us to simultaneously exercise all the major potentiality and dimensions of the human body and heart-mind reality.  Qi Gong is the most intricate and extraordinary science.  In order to explore it, we need to leave aside our conventional thinking and open our mind to a different approach to 'reality'.New Beginner's course

"Qi" is the flow of vital energy that keeps us and the universe unified and alive.

"Gong" specifies the ability to cultivate and master inner potential through regular practice.

"Qi Gong" means mastering the flow of "Qi".

Taoism sees human beings as an integral part of nature, connected with the universe through specific energy points and channels, along them flows the Qi.

All phenomena in nature are flows of Qi and the consequences of its balanced dynamism. These energy flows involve the exchange between human beings and their environments (home and work place, relationships, dietary habits,...) as well as our inner world (emotions, thoughts, stresses etc...). When we have balanced Qi internally and in our surrounding, then we have health and serenity.
