Dr. Phouc was born in South Vietnam and obtained a degree from the University of Saigon in 1972. He served as a doctor and interpreter in an emergency field hospital, during his national service for the South Vietnamese Army 1972-75.
He obtained his Masters Degree in Chinese Medicine in 1979, and practiced in South Vietnam. He arrived in the UK in 1989, and has been in private practice as a senior practitioner at his Cambridge clinic and at the Kailash Centre.
He specializes in the treatment of skin and weight problems, using acupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr Phuoc frequently advises changes of diet and lifestyle.
