Pilates
A more holistic form of exercise which aims to bring together body and mind. Pilates is based on the use of controlled movements while also requiring attention from the mind while doing the movements. Pilates promotes flexibilty, lengthening of the body, alignemnt of the spine, increased strength. There is a focus on working with the body's core muscles and a concentration on full and thorough breathing.
