Qi Gong
The practice of Joy
Qi Gong is easy to learn and based on an enjoyable progression of dynamic meditation, physical movements and breathing exercises to increase and harmonise the flow of Qi in our body-heart-mind system. One of the aims of boosting Qi is to obtain a healing and rejuvenating effect in our mind and body. The practice has a deep strengthening effect for the whole body and and its various systems ( nervous, skeletal-muscular, endocrine, immune,etc). It also enhances sexual energies and fertility, harmonises the emotions and brings a brighter view of life.
Qi Gong techniques are effective and suitable for all age and all levels of fitness.
Class content, beyond the physical practice, includes an explanation of the physiology of energy and the purpose of each movemnet. This helps students to obtain quicker and more powerful benefits.
