Yoga with Carrie Tuke
- Wednesday 18:30 to 20:00 | £13/class drop-in
A gentle, therapeutic system of Yoga for all levels. Utilizing gravity and the breath to release into postures rather than pushing. A subtle but powerful style, based on the teaching of Vanda Scarvelli. Working with core muscles and deep movements, with a very experienced teacher and bodywork therapist. Pure Flow yoga with Aliona Salaru
- Tuesday 19:30 to 20:30 | £12/class drop-in or £70 for 8 classes pass
Tibetan Yantra Yoga with John Renshaw
- Tuesday 19.15 to 21.00 | Intermediate class - £12
Teaching the movements and positions of Yantra Yoga, a system developed by Tibetan monks. Mobilising all the joints, stretching the muscles and regulating the flow of energy. Working largely to free up the breath to truly experience relaxation, oxygenation, improved circulation and learn an indispensable tool for meditation.
