Breathing Yoga with Acharya Sankarji
Breathing Yoga- Three Force technique is an ancient combination of pranayama, yogic exercise and meditation to release stress and achieve a wonderful deep relaxation for body, mind and soul. It is also a powerful method of detoxifying and oxygenating the body and increasing available energy.
Yoga with Carrie Tuke
- Tuesday 18:30 to 20:00 | £10/class drop-in
A gentle, therapeutic system of Yoga for all levels. Utilizing gravity and the breath to release into postures rather than pushing. A subtle but powerful style, based on the teaching of Vanda Scarvelli. Working with core muscles and deep movements, with a very experienced teacher and bodywork therapist. Tibetan Yantra Yoga with John Renshaw
- Tuesday 19.15 to 21.00 | £10/class, beginners & Intermediate, drop-in
- Thursday 19.00 to 21.00 | £10/class, advanced only
Teaching the movements and positions of Yantra Yoga, a system developed by Tibetan monks. Mobilising all the joints, stretching the muscles and regulating the flow of energy. Working largely to free up the breath to truly experience relaxation, oxygenation, improved circulation and learn an indispensable tool for meditation.
