Hema Vyas is an inspirational psychologist, mentor, international speaker, healing practitioner, and heart wisdom pioneer with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations through healing, transformation, and conscious growth.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that the heart is an intelligent energy system orchestrating the whole of our existence. Drawing from both ancient wisdom and modern psychology, Hema helps people reconnect with clarity, authenticity, creativity, and unconditional love.

Hema is the founder of Haven Leadership + Wellness and creator of the Heart Alchemy ecosystem, which includes Heart Alchemy Meditation (for adults and teens), Heart Realignment healing, Heart Haven Retreats, workshops, talks, and one-to-one transformational support.

Known for her intuitive depth and her ability to bring about profound shifts, Hema’s Heart Realignment work is described as bringing to the earth healing frequencies not experienced before, realigning the heart with the energies of the earth and cosmos. Clients often experience this as a reorientation towards purpose, inner steadiness, compassion, and unconditional love. Hema has observed that, for clients from many different walks of life, the path to purpose becomes unshakable and a living legacy of love begins to unfold. A multi-award-winning psychologist and EMCC Master Accredited practitioner, Hema has worked with leaders, creatives, start-ups, and global organisations, and has spoken at Google, Sitecore, Soho House, The Conduit, and the Dubai Future Foundation.
