Indian Head Massage
It is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques of massaging the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. These are often the main areas where muscular tension builds up. When neglected, this may lead to headaches, migraines, eye strain and congestion in the head. A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement. Indian Head Massage is also used to improve the condition and health of the hair and scalp and reduce hair loss. It can ease sinusitis, tinnitus, mental fatigue and promote relaxation. A treatment lasts between 20 minutes to one hour.
